Contact Centre Agent - Portugués Avanzado

We are looking for proactive, dynamic, and energetic people with a customer and sales focus for our Contact Center in Finestrat.

The main responsibilities are:

• Personalized customer service, information, and reservation management for national and international clients.
• Advice and sales skills in car rentals.

Minimum requirements:

• Advanced level of Portuguese, English and Spanish (another language will be a plus: Italian, Greek, German, Russian, or French). A placement test is required.
• Experience in customer service. Kindness, patience, empathy, and flexibility are necessary skills for the position.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.

• Full-time.
