In this role you own post-sale relationships with high-growth Uber for Business accounts, acting as a trusted advisor across the product suite. You drive revenue growth through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the account lifecycle.You analyze data and feedback to inform strategic business reviews and continuously refine playbooks and processes to scale best practices. This position sits at the heart of fast-scaling enterprise partnerships, offering meaningful impact in a mission-driven environment.

- Grow and retain a book of business through expansion opportunities, upsell and cross-sell to meet revenue quotas
- Collaborate with Implementation Leads to launch and rollout enterprise programs
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support to optimize the end-to-end account lifecycle
- Analyze customer data, trends, and feedback to derive insights and lead strategic business reviews
- Refine internal playbooks, tools, and processes to achieve operational excellence and scale best practices
- Minimum 3 years in a B2B, client-facing role with revenue targets
- Fluent in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of account growth through upsell/cross-sell and relationship management
- Data-driven decision-making mindset and consultative selling with comfort using dashboards
- Experience with Salesforce and AI-driven sales tools (e.g., Gong) is a plus
- Familiarity with reporting/BI tools like Query Builder or Looker Studio and strong organizational and time-management skills
